I’m Katalin Mráz, a psychologist offering English-speaking counselling both online and in-person in Budapest (5th district).

Together, we create a safe, non-judgmental space to slow down, understand what’s really happening inside, and find tools that help you feel more balanced, confident, and connected to yourself again.

My approach

My style combines warmth and professional clarity. I aim to help you not only understand your challenges, but also learn how to respond to them differently.

I draw on several therapeutic approaches, including:

  • Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) – working with thoughts and reactions

  • Schema and emotion-focused elements – identifying deeper patterns

  • Relaxation and grounding techniques – calming the nervous system

  • Coaching-based methods – finding practical steps forward

Our goal is not to “fix” you, but to reconnect you with your own inner stability and strength.

Fees

  • Individual session (50 minutes): 16 000 HUF

  • Focused support (6 sessions): 78 000 HUF

  • Student rate: 13 000 HUF (Hungarian only)

Payment available via bank transfer or Stripe.
